June 16 2010
11:30 AM
Missing Vehicle Report
Portsmouth Va Naval Hospital

Missing Vehicle

KIA Sportage, dark gray.
Registered to Mike Blankenship...Property of Mrs Mary Blankenship
Suffolk Va
Vehicle has reported missing at 11:30 AM , Recovered after a hours search.

Reports were received from Mike Blankenship, reported, unconfirmed, Gathering of Eagles Grand Dragon, that his wife's KIA Sportage Van, dark gray in color, could not be found in the five level parking deck and he assumed it had returned to die in its native North Korea. After 25 laps on foot around the five level parking deck in 90+ degree heat Mr Blankenship requested assistance from security forces from Fort Samek NC. Mr Blankenship was then, with great effort, folded and placed into the rear seat of the Mustang to assist in the search for the vehicle.

Due to the heat induced confusion Mr Blankenship spotted four Honda..two Buick's, and a red VW Bug he thought matched the description of the vehicle. Alcohol abuse may have been a factor in his failure to determined red from dark gray, and the fact two of the Honda vehicles were pick up trucks.

As the Korean made KIA has no vehicle panic alarm device included to help find the missing vehicle the search required 250 laps around the parking deck to locate the missing vehicle. The good news is the Mustang averaged 28,7 MPG. The bad news is the screams from Mr Blankenship that he could no longer feel his toes due to the lack of leg room in the rear area of the Mustang only added to the confusion.

During the recovery efforts Mr Blankenship sobered up and spotted the vehicle when he saw the beer cans piled up to the rear window. Mrs Blankenship has called off the mob hit on Mr Blankenship and no warrants for the arrest of Mr Blankenship were requested by Mrs Blankenship, as she said Mike had suffered minor brain damage as a result of diving into their empty swimming pool to save a drowning can of Old English beer.

All is well that ends well and Mrs Blankenship stated Mr Blankenship would be allowed to drive her vehicle again "When Hell Freezes Over" and Mr Blankenship would be required to wear a helmet in the pool in the future. Mr Blankenship removed a five gallon gas can and hose from his vehicle and replaced the gas consumed during the recovery efforts.

Let us all pray Mr Blankenship will no longer purchase vehicles made in North Korea from Old English beer cans.

PS
Twelve laptops were recovered from the trunk of Mr Blankenship's vehicle and presented to our Marine and Navy Wounded Warriors.
An Open Letter to the “Liberty Candidates”

Regarding: Adam Kokesh
(a complete list of recipients can be found at the bottom of this letter)

We are writing to you to express our grave concerns about one of your fellow Liberty candidates, Adam Kokesh. More importantly, in view of these concerns and to the point of this letter, we are asking that you disavow Mr. Kokesh and distance yourself from him politically.

Mr. Kokesh has an extensive and well-documented history of affiliations with radical leftist groups. In concert with these groups, he has engaged in numerous anti-America and anti-military demonstrations and protests. Further, Mr. Kokesh does not appear to have any personal qualifications that would recommend him for serious consideration as a candidate for Congress, and he has a significant history suggestive of poor character and judgment.

Of primary concern to us is that Mr. Kokesh’s anti-military actions were designed to undermine our military during a time of war, and, more egregiously, were designed to undermine and impugn the honor of our soldiers who were fighting and dying on the battlefield. Most people would see these actions as having been dishonorable; many of us see them as being traitorous.

For those of you that are not familiar with Mr. Kokesh’s extensive history of affiliations with radical lefist groups, we have appended this letter with a brief review of those affiliations (see below, Appendix I). Additionally, there are a numbers of internet resources that you can utilize for your own research on Mr. Kokesh. We have also appended this letter with links to some websites that contain relevant information (see below, Appendix II).

Most of us are well aware of the devastating effect that the anti-military actions of the left during the Vietnam War had on both our country at large and on our veterans in particular. Many of us lived through that. We are well aware of the suffering of those veterans as they returned to a country that had been incited to impugn their honor and condemn them.

Be assured that there are countless numbers of patriotic Americans who vowed that never again would our soldiers be subjected to the traitorous assault of the radical leftist groups within our own country. We, the undersigned, are among those numbers. It is for this reason that we stand in solid opposition to Mr. Kokesh. We stand in total solidarity with our soldiers and veterans. We ask you to take the same principled stand. We ask that you disavow Mr. Kokesh and, by extension disavow the entire radical anti-America forces that are within our country, and that are seeking to destroy us from within. We ask that you stand in solidarity with our troops.

It is with great interest that we look forward to a response from you.

Please send replies to:

_____________________________________________________________

APPENDIX I - Review of Mr. Kokesh’s history

Affiliations with radical leftist groups

Mr. Kokesh joined the Iraq Veterans Against War (IVAW) in February 2007, at which time he was 25 years old. The IVAW was formed by the Vietnam Veterans Against War (VVAW), the now infamous group formed by John Kerry in 1970, and responsible for the fraudulent maligning of our Vietnam veterans at the Winter Soldier Conference in 1971. It will be recalled that John Kerry now stands exposed as having repeated false accusations from that conference, during his Congressional testimony in 1971. Similar to the VVAW, the IVAW is a virulently anti-military, anti-America group. It holds the view that our country is an imperialistic and expansionistic “One World Order” government, and that our military is but a tool of this government. Further, they believe that our soldiers are little more than marauders and murderers who, in the words of John Kerry, behave “in a fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan”.
Mr. Kokesh was active in the IVAW from 2007 to 2009, at which time he announced his candidacy for Republican Congressman from New Mexico. There are no indications that he has revoked his affiliations with the IVAW. As an active member of the IVAW, Mr. Kokesh was involved in numerous anti-militaryactivities and actions. While executing these actions, Mr. Kokesh knowingly made common cause with a wide array of other well-known, radical anti-America and communist groups. The list of these other groups includes, but is by no means limited to, the following:

       SDS
Code Pink
A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition
United for Justice and Peace
Communist Party of America
Muslim Brotherhood
Black Panthers

In cooperation with the above-named groups and the IVAW, Mr. Kokesh: participated in multiple anti-war demonstrations in Washington DC, and other cities throughout the country; organized and incited violent demonstrations at military recruiting stations; participated in an initiative to encourage active duty soldiers to desert their military post; and, organized and participated in a Winter Soldier Conference 2, an effort designed to malign and undercut the morale of our soldiers who were fighting and dying on the battlefield. Even a most cursory search of the Internet will yield a plethora of documents attesting to the veracity of these assertions.

Character Issues

Mr. Kokesh’s personal accomplishments and achievements appear to be limited to his having served in the Marine Corps from 1999 until 2006, and his subsequent work as a political activist with the IVAW from 2007 until 2009. His MC service was basically unremarkable, in terms of citations, medals, and commendations, and it was ultimately marked by a demotion in his discharge rank from Sergeant to Corporal, and a downgrading of his discharge status from honorable to general. Mr. Kokesh’s tenure with the IVAW has been noted above and need not be repeated here.
There are no indications that Mr. Kokesh has ever maintained any private sector employment. Unless otherwise proven, it might be assumed that his ‘work’ with the IVAW was financed through contributions to that organization, finances that often originated in radical leftist organizations such as MoveOn.org.
There are no indications that Mr. Kokesh has achieved any notable academic standing. This fact, coupled with his young age and his otherwise lack of personal accomplishments, leave little that would recommend him for serious consideration for Congress.
There are numbers of incidents in Mr. Kokesh’s personal life that suggest that he employs poor judgment. Examples of this include the following: he smuggled a gun home from Iraq, and then was apprehended when he bought it onto a college campus; he has incited protestors to engage in violent actions against military recruiting stations; and, he incited unrest on a college campus by hanging racist poster around the campus, having signed the posters as being from members of the college’s conservative Republican
organization.

APPENDIX II Internet resources

Albert Snyder, of York Pa. lost his son.

Marine Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder, killed in Iraq, was buried in 2006.
There was a massive turnout for the funeral.

Also present was the Phelps family of Topeka, Kansas: the infamous Westboro Baptist Church. In case you're not familiar with the Phelps, they travel the nation looking for military funerals at which they can protest.
While families mourn the loss of sons and daughters who gave life for their country, they have to bear the scorn and disrespect of the Westboro Baptists.

Have you had to lay to rest a loved one? Imagine how you would have reacted had a group of people attended the funeral with signs saying thank God your loved one was dead - that your loved one deserved to die.

That has been the burden of hundreds of military families in the last decade - to bury their dead while enduring the jeering mockery of ingrates standing on American flags.

Albert Snyder fought back. He sued the Phelps family - and won.
Well good! we said. Justice served! We celebrated.

But ....
from the Baltimore sun:
Marine's father ordered to pay Westboro's court costs

Lawyers for Snyder say the Court of Appeals has ordered him to pay $16,510.80 to Phelps for costs relating to the appeal, despite the fact that the U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to review the Court of Appeals' decision.

The high court agreed earlier this month to consider whether the protesters' message is protected by the First Amendment or limited by the competing privacy and religious rights of the mourners.

from the York Daily Record:
What the Supreme Court sees in Snyder v. Phelps

in which pompous intellectuals hone their babbling skills on the finer details of constitutional law.

The original decision for Snyder was overturned based on the abused 1st Amendment right of free speech, and Phelps was awarded over 16 grand - to be paid by the family of the fallen Marine.

Amendment I, United States Constituion
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Somehow, those five words "...abridging the freedom of speech..." have been twisted into "Scum like the Phelps have a right to scream and holler, wave evil signs, stand on your flag and make fun of your dead son."

How did everything get turned backwards and upside down?

I have many suggestions in mind that I would love to propose, but my freedom of speech is, without a doubt, not as holy as the Phelps'. So I'll just relay the following:

You can help.
This website was established to except and pass donations to the Snyder family to offset the costs of defending the honor of their son Matthew.
Lance Cpl. Matthew A. Snyder

A better ending to this chapter of the story:
Rumor is that FOX News' Bill O'Reilly has covered the costs of the Snyders court case.

Comment of the Day
A comment by 'Headhunter' in response to following article provides a glimpse of the evil intent behind some of Obama's mystifying decisions.
» Obama Nominates NY Times Chief Accused of Leaking National Secrets for Army General Counsel
The author of the article, in seeming bafflement, states that

There is no reason for this to be happening. It is as if someone in the Administration is purposely taunting the GOP with the most absurd nominees that one can drum up.

Headhunter's comment:

Ohhhh there are reasons bro, just not ones comprehensible to the honest and upright and good hearted folks such as yourself. Now an evil, lying, sneaking, conniving, self gratifier like ME can understand it. Let me try to explain…

Ya see if I want to further MY annointed power there is only one remaining bastion I’m gonna have to subvert and compromise left really…The Military. I mean, I’ve pretty well got the other major areas in hand, and can get around the old guys on the supreams. The CINCs are a problem. I got Hillary, the DOJ and some others working on them. DHS has got the ones off active duty and we’ll get the Feebs after the other naysayers soon enough.
It’s the hangers on to the old ways who are holding things up and I gotta push them out.

In order to do that I have to infiltrate as many useful idiots as possible across the board to help thin the ranks of hawks and independants who might resist the vision. Since most folks want a retirement check, to stay out of jail, and maintain the perks we give em like; food, housing, electricity, running water, TV, cell phones and the internet, stocks, and health care, education for their kids, cars to drive, and the like we have some pretty good leverage going but it’s not quiet enough. Never will be but I digress..

Since that old outdated document the constitution keeps getting thrown in my face, and worse those DAMNED military rules and regulations, my next line of attack needs to be undermining those things any and every way I can with MY CHOSEN ONES. I’m not to worried about November for a number of reasons and even less concerned with 2012 for even more. The time is NOW to stop hoping and keep changing and my boy Sully What 4, or one just like him, will ‘guide’ the lost along the path to MY righteousness.

So you see David YOUR BELOVED, MISUNDERSTOOD, LEADER, has your best interest at heart, and those old party of NO sayers just haven’t gotten the message yet.

You should read the whole article, including the comments. It's yet another eye opener - even for the moderate among us - that the future of a free America cannot afford to allow Obama OR his tyrant congress to continue their systematic destruction of the Republic. Not even another week, much less November, and certainly not 2012.

As another commenter said "I hear you! I hear that clock tickin’ too."

One would think the above image is being used in Code Pink or MoveOn ads. It's perfect for a leftist protest sign on the steps of the nation's capitol. But, it isn't being used by any liberal, leftist group – unless you consider the Fairfax County School District the liberal, leftist organization it is.

Langley High School in McClean, VA, is studying the Depression. As part of their curriculum, this image was shown to students during a "graded discussion" on how McDonald's is trying to take over the world. The insinuation is that service members are in Iraq and Afghanistan fighting for McDonald's to have the ability to sell their delicious Big Macs and Quarter Pounders w/ Cheese. By the way, this comes on the heels of a WWI discussion focused on how the war divided the African American community and oppressed women.

The Principal of Langley High School is Matt Ragone and you can let them know how you feel by calling 703-787-2700. School should NOT be a breeding ground for brainwashing and idiotic stupidity and ignorance. It should be a place of learning history, not spin and rhetoric. Make your opinions known and flood the Principal with your thoughts. You also email him at matthew.ragone@fcps.edu.

James Bancroft of the Connecticut GOE has taken a mighty stand for truth. He dares to identify the wolves in sheep's clothing - the traitors wearing 'conservative republican' suit and tie.

It's a long read. Get comfortable, pop open your favorite beverage, absorb and enjoy.

We'll do a follow-up on this sometime next week (if and when the dust settles from the Hellth Scare fight over the weekend).

On leaving the Hartford Tea Party.
Please read this through, while the beginning of this letter seems unrelated, it is completely necessary to explain my position.

Recently, while working on a separate project for a patriotic organization, The Gathering of Eagles, I became more familiar with the personal actions of a former Marine named Adam kokesh. It is through the personal knowlege and experience by some of the members of the Gathering of Eagles that Adam Kokesh, the anti-war protester has been involved with activities we call treasonous.

We believe it is important to focus our efforts on this man because he is running for Congress in the 3rd district in New Mexico.

In our discovery process and analysis of online documents created by Kokesh himself, along with videos taken by others at his events and with testimony of persons attending these events, it is the obvious conclusion that Adam kokesh admitted freely to asking troops to desert their unit in time of war while visiting an Army base in Ansbach, Germany, and engaged in with demonstrations that became violent by destroying property that housed a Military recruiting center in Washington DC. Protesters at this event faced a small crowd of Americans that included Mothers of active duty servicemen and women and once learning that these women were parents of Military members overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan at that time, the protesters repeated vulgar assertions that these women's sons should die in combat for serving in this war.

Sadly, actions like this since the Vietnam War are not called what they are: sedition at best or treason at worst. Since Adam Kokesh is a Marine Corps veteran as well as I am, I believe that Kokesh was trained enough as a Marine in operational security and awareness of how his personal actions in uniform and when dressed as a civilian would reflect on military service and was mature enough to know his actions would be viewed and repeated in our national media and international media in such a way that Iraqi resistance forces and Afghanistan Taliban and international Al-Qaeda forces would only view as supporting their efforts in time of war against American and coalition forces. It is a known fact that Osama Bin Ladin announced that he watched the 9/11 attacks on television himself and that he and his forces were pleased and encouraged by what he saw on television. To deny that media accounts of the pains of your enemy aren't encouraging to those engaged in warfare against you is an immature approach to fighting and winning a military conflict.

To back up my assertions here, I am posting links to these events so the reader can see for themselves these events are true:

To deny that media accounts of the pains of your enemy aren't encouraging to those engaged in warfare against you is an immature approach to fighting and winning a military conflict.
To back up my assertions here, I am posting links to these events so the reader can see for themselves these events are true:
